Практически на всех форумах пишут что, убивать нужно с помощью RivaTuner, но для этого необходимо установить древние драйвера на видеокарту.
Появился более удобный и быстрый способ убить граффику с помощью: Geforce 3D Profile Manager

Шаг 1:Откройте браузер и перейдите на http://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2625 и загрузите программу Geforce 3D Profile ManagerШаг 2: Откройте программу.
Шаг 3:Нажмите кнопку "Export SLI Profiles "и извлечь текстовый документ на рабочий стол или любое удобное для вас место.
Шаг 4:Откройте текстовый документ (должен называться NVIDIA Profiles) и найти Counter-Strike: Source,
добавить "Setting ID_0x00738e8f = 0x00000050 UserSpecified=true" без кавычек.
Сохраните и выйдите из текстового документа.

Шаг 5:Нажмите кнопку "Import SLI Profiles" и выберите NVIDIA Profiles.txt (тот, который мы экспортировали).
Шаг 6: Играть в игру.
Настройки для ATI (Никогда не было такой видеокарты в обиходе,так-что простите если инфа устарела)
Я хочу Вам показать, как "убить графику" в CSS (если у вас видеокарта ATI Radeon Series)
Шаг 1:
Переходим по ссылке и качаем программу Ati Tray Tools - http://downloads.gur...oad.php?det=733
Шаг 2:
Устанавливаем программу в любую вам удобную директорию (Примечание: В ходе установки не устанавливать Tune UP и язык выбрать Русский)
Шаг 3:
После завершения установки программа должна быть запущена, если нет запустите (Если программа запущена в трее появляется иконка в виде красного ромбика)
Шаг 4:
Нажимаем правой кнопкой по иконке в трее - выбираем Direct 3D - Настройки. Далее открываем кладку "Добавочные" - там ищем пункт "Добавочные" и находим там графу "LOD Текстур". Чуть ниже есть бегунок, двигаем его до конца, чтобы значение справа было равно 7.0. Нажимаем "Применить" и "Ок"
Шаг 5:
Сворачиваем все окна программы, если они открыты. Заходим в CSS и радуемся "убитой графике"!

Смотри вот такая тактика) 1 Команда афк там курит,смотрит телек,дро*ит и тд, а 2 Команда их мочит, ну 1 раунд затащит 1 Команда,и наоборот)
